P: IN THE NAME OF GOD (contemplate the endless empty circle, make it as ritual with right hand

THE FATHER (contemplate and make with right hand a middle point

THE SON (contemplate and make with right hand the vertical line of the cross

THE HOLY GHOST (contemplate and make with right hand the horizontal line of the cross

All AMEN (put right hand on the heart and contemplate "what is truth of Trinity?

CONFITEOR. All contemplate self-knowledge and say

Repenting, I confess that often I forget that you, O God, are born in all and crucified in all who suffer.

But you have said that you forgive sins. You are the mystery: vicarious atonement. You are the sacrificial

Lamb of God and suffering for all. You take on you our sins as far as that can benefit the real task

ABSOLUTION. FORGIVENESS AS SACRAMENT OF AGAPE-LOVE

P O Thou, who in the wonderful Sacrament of the altar has left us a living memorial of Thine eternal

Sacrifice; we will venerate the sacred mystery of Thy Body and Blood and ever perceive within

ourselves the power of Thine indwelling life and thus, by the glad pouring out of our lives in sacrifice,

may know ourselves to be one with Thee and through Thee with all that lives; who livest and reignest

with the Father in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God throughout all ages of ages.

DRAW NIGH AND RECEIVE THIS MOST HOLY SACRAMENT

P Under the veil of earthly tings now have we communion with our Lord Jesus Christ;

Soon with open face shall we behold Him, and rejoicing in His glory be made like unto Him.

Then shall His true disciples be brought by Him with exceeding joy before the presence of

our Fatherīs glory

BENEDICTION, B L E S S I N G with lifted right hand which may hold a small cross +

P The PEACE of our innermost divine nature, which passeth understanding is with us on this pilgrimage

through time and space. Receive the blessing of the Eternal, the FATHER, the SON and the HOLY GHOST. + Heart and mind shall be unified with God so that "God may be all in all" and we will say as Jesus
